Morning and Afternoon Classes

Mondays: 11:00 a.m., 1:00 & 2:00 p.m.
Fridays: 10:00 & 11:00 a.m., 1:00 & 2:00 p.m.
Wednesdays: 4:00 pm

Evening Classes

Monday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings: 6:00 & & 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday evenings: 6:00, 7:00 & 8:00 p.m.

Weekend Classes

Saturday: 10:00 & & 11:00 a.m.

  • Oshawa Location* - 600 Townline Rd. S. Oshawa
* Free parking at the Oshawa location. "Pay and Display" parking at Whitby. Parking is subject to change.
